1. Who we are

Know My Pet (knowmypet.co) is an online service offering free dog and cat personality quizzes and optional paid digital reports. It is operated by Stuson LLC, a company registered in the United States, which appears as the merchant on your payment statement.

2. What is free and what is paid

Every quiz, every result page, the seven dimension scores and the summary that explains them are free, with no account and no email address required. Nothing on the free pages will ever require payment.

The full written report is an optional digital product, sold for the one-time price shown before you pay. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

3. Payments

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. Prices are shown in US dollars; any applicable tax is shown before you confirm payment.

The charge appears on your statement under our merchant name. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it and we will find the order for you.

4. Delivery

After payment, you return to your private report page. The report is generated from your answers, usually in about 5 to 15 minutes, though it can take longer. When email delivery is enabled, a copy of the PDF is also sent to the address you used at checkout.

Your private link keeps working for one year. Keep it; anyone with the link can read the report.

5. Refunds

Every paid report comes with a 30-day full-refund guarantee. Email hello@knowmypet.co within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. No reason, screenshot or proof of a problem is needed, and you keep the report.

6. Who may use the site

The quizzes are written for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a report. If you are under 16, please do not use this site.

7. What a report is, and is not

Reports are produced by an AI language model from your answers, following instructions we wrote, and are delivered without being read by a human first. The model can make mistakes and can describe your animal in ways that do not fit. Read the report as a thoughtful starting point, not a verdict.

A report is not veterinary advice, a medical or behavioural diagnosis, or a training programme. If your animal's behaviour has changed suddenly, or there is aggression, pain, toileting problems or a loss of appetite, see a vet first. Any decision you make about your animal's care remains your own.

8. Your content and ours

Your answers remain yours. You allow us to process them, and to pass them to the AI service that writes the report, solely to provide what you asked for.

The quiz questions, scoring, type descriptions, illustrations and report framework are ours. You may keep and share your own report for personal use. Please do not copy the quizzes or republish reports commercially.

9. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at volume, bypass the payment flow, or use it in any way that is unlawful or harmful.

10. Changes and availability

We may change, add or retire quizzes, adjust prices or update these terms at any time. A change of price never affects a purchase you have already completed, and a report you have bought stays available under the terms in force when you bought it. We aim to keep the site available but cannot promise uninterrupted service.

11. Liability

The quizzes and reports are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising from this service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the consumer law that applies to you.
